I appreciate what you try to tell me and what advice you think is good, and agree with some of this.
I really 55 lifting for strength. Lashing madocw at someone who is trying to help is a great indication of perhaps why one cycle on a basic program didn’t work for ya. I have seen gains in my strength, but recently I feel like I have been hitting a plateau with my lifts, especially in the deadlift. You’re right my lifts aren’t great, but my total is lbs. None that I know of, you could increase the “set interval” from I can’t post by after Madcows stats yet because I haven’t started lol.
Working up to a heavy set of 5 on the deadlift is not exactly my idea of a true light day.

First of all, the program was designed for natural bodybuilders. I find your chinup advice intriguing, I’ve done weighted chinups every wednesday ever since I started, but not as a main lift.
